1. Parking Rental: Parking spaces are rented separately on a first-come, first-served basis. Each space is assigned to a specific resident and may not be sublet or transferred without written approval from management. Only operable, registered vehicles may be parked in assigned spaces. 2. Prohibited Uses: No storage of non-operational vehicles, trailers, boats, or RVs. No vehicle repairs or maintenance work in the parking areas. No double-parking or blocking access to other spaces. 3. Enforcement: Unauthorized vehicles or use of unassigned spaces may result in towing at the owner’s expense. Repeated violations may lead to fines or lease penalties.
